1. Delivery Coverage

We primarily offer doorstep delivery services across the state of **Kerala**, including standard locations in Kozhikode and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside Kerala, please check delivery availability by entering your PIN code on our cart checkout page or by contacting support before placing an order.

2. Processing & Verification Delay

Prescription Review First

For orders containing prescription medications, the processing time begins **only after** our registered pharmacist verifies the uploaded prescription. If any clarifications are required, we will reach out to you via your registered phone number, which may temporarily hold processing.

3. Shipping Rates & Timelines

Our shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on delivery location and order weight. Standard guidelines are as follows:

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is verified and dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation message to your email address and registered phone number. This confirmation will contain a tracking number and a link to trace the package in real-time.

5. Damaged & Lost Packages

If a package is damaged during transit, please do not accept the package from the delivery courier and contact us immediately. In case of lost packages, we will verify tracking with the carrier and dispatch a replacement order immediately.
